BubbaPalooza Is Happening At Breakneck Gallery

BubbaPalooza is more than an art show, its an event. Over 30 new works by Cleveland artist, Laura Dumm of her 17 pound orange and white feline muse Bubba. There are 19 paintings, a movie, 3 dimensional art, a construction, a ready made, pen and ink and pencil drawings, and even a comic book. It will be happening on June 15, 2012 at Breakneck Gallery, 17020 Madison Ave., Lakewood Ohio, 44107. The hours are from 5:00 to 11:00 pm.

Refreshments and beverages will be served. One 3-D exhibit will help raise money for local cat rescue organizations.

Our Love Letter To Cleveland Will Be Unveiled In August.

Our Love Letter To Cleveland mural will be installed on the back of the Orange Blossom Press building which faces the West Side Market's huge back parking lot. It will have great visibility and help to brighten what the neighborhood calls the "back alley way".

We will be creating a special section on this site for progress reports, so take a peak every now and then at our Cleveland Mural Page or visit our Cleveland Speaks Facebook page.

Note: Last September the Dumm's submitted their "Love Letter To Cleveland" mural design (above) for a Creative Workforce Fellowship grant given out by CPAC (Community Partnership for Arts and Culture) and CAC (Cleveland Arts Council). This award is given to 20 artists in Cuyahoga County every year. We are proud to announce that Gary is a recipient of this grant, which means we will be able to install our mural!!
